Phase I
Timeline 2024–2026
Deploying high-density grid sampling and diamond-core drilling to map and confirm resource depth across established mineral trends.
Establishing all-weather access roads, heavy machinery support structures, secure operational camp, and core storage facilities.
Assembling modular gravity-separation circuits and processing infrastructure to test metallurgical characteristics under field conditions.
Commencing trial recovery processing, optimizing operational cycle efficiency, and starting local gold concentrate logistics and sales.
A disciplined, milestone-driven pathway towards scale production and investor visibility.

Weeks 1–2. Access route and site clearance, camp and stores, security perimeter, crew recruitment and safety induction — while fabrication runs in parallel at Borama.

Weeks 3–4. Shaft collar excavation, headgear erection, winder installation, and hoisting load tests. Phase I is declared operationally ready at the end of Week 4.

Months 2–3. Controlled sinking with ground support installed as the face advances, first ore hoisted to surface, sampling and independent assay reconciliation.

End of Month 3. The Board reviews grade, advance rate, safety record and cost performance. Phase II is authorised, deferred or restructured on that evidence — not on assumption.
